The IB aims to encourage young people to ask questions and promotes knowledge and compassion through a challenging education.

What is the IB?
The International Baccalaureate Office (IBO) is a foundation based in Geneva. As an umbrella organization, it it assesses and accepts schools into the IB programme. Every year, around 1.95 million young people at 5,900 schools worldwide study for the centrally-managed IB diploma.

“The UWC experience, especially in conjunction with the IB program, was undoubtedly challenging – but that very challenge made it all worthwhile. One valuable takeaway from my two years at RBC was the perspective I gained from our vibrant, tightly-knit community of over 90 nationalities. Above all, RBC taught me what true leadership is. Through intensive project weeks, lively café discussions and impactful community outreach, it has given me the tools I need to move forward boldly.”
