We are looking for a part-time (60%) garden educator from August 2026 who is interested in contributing their skills to an international boarding school with students from all over the world.

Your tasks:

• Sustainability education, educational offers for our students
• Garden and landscape maintenance, maintenance of all garden areas
• Coordination and supervision of our 40 or so garden volunteers
• Networking and cooperation with regional school and farmers’ gardens and educational institutions

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of agricultural or forestry sciences, education or similar
• Experience in the organic cultivation of a large kitchen garden
• Extensive knowledge of the regional flora
• Enjoy working in an international (school) environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Initiative and ability to work in a team
• Good knowledge of English and German
• At least driving license class B, ideally class BE
