“Voices for Peace”: The theme of the Open Day on September 27 is “Peace”

We are opening our doors and giving an insight into everyday school life and life at a UWC: on Saturday, September 27, we are inviting interested parties and families to spend an afternoon on our school campus. The motto of this year’s event is“Voices for Peace“; peace is a central element in our educational plan and in our work with our 200 students from 90 countries.

In addition to guided tours with our students and a performance in the auditorium, the program also includes a “Peacebuilding” workshop, a guided meditation with a mindfulness teacher and an exhibition on the topic of “Peacebuilding at RBC”. Together with students, guests will create messages of peace and our student from Japan will lead an origami workshop. The goal: to fold 1000 doves, which are a symbol of peace in Japan.

We are looking forward to the day and to many visitors. As always, there will be a program for children and food and drink in the school courtyard. You can find the complete program on our website.
