We are looking for an employee (f, m, d) in IT support (20 hours / week) to provide flexible support to our IT department as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Supervision, support and advice for employees and students in all IT matters
• Hardware repair work
• Supervision of the event technology in our auditorium (audio, video, lighting)
• Supervision of the technical equipment in the classrooms
• Administration and support of the access card system
• Spare parts and stock procurement

Your profile:

• Vocational training as an IT specialist, IT studies or practical work experience in the IT sector
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows OS, O365, Windows Azure AD), knowledge of MacOS, Linux and mobile operating systems desirable
• Independent, organized way of working and problem-solving skills
• Customer and service orientation and commitment
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
