Maintenance Staff (m/w/d)

We are looking to hire, at the earliest possible date, a new member of our Maintenance team (m/f/d) in a 100% capacity to join our existing team of four and help maintain our Campus.

Your Responsibilities
• Carrying out maintenance and repair work
• Inspecting building systems, performing functional checks, and troubleshooting technical issues
• Performing minor repairs and general maintenance tasks
• Maintaining the outdoor grounds and green spaces
• Participating in an on-call duty rota with the team (approximately one week per month)

Your Profile
• Completed vocational training in a skilled trade and/or technical field (preferably electrical or plumbing), with initial professional experience
• Strong practical skills and excellent technical understanding
• Knowledge across multiple trades is an advantage
• Motivation for the responsibilities described above and enthusiasm for working on a campus with students from around the world
• Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, with strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Physical resilience and the ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
• Good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
