Since then, exhibitions have been held on topics such as “Working in Freiburg”, “Youth in Freiburg” and “Who owns the city?”. With “We cross Borders” (2016), refugees appeared as photographers for the first time and enriched the project with new perspectives. Today, “Stadtfotograf*in” is constantly creating new, inspiring perspectives on life in Freiburg with photographs, short films and texts.
With her vivid visual language, Silke Goes draws attention to the diversity, contradictions and stories that make up Freiburg – a special occasion to rediscover the city. The vernissage will be shown exclusively on this day at UWC Robert Bosch College and combines the theme of life in Freiburg with the perspectives of our 200 students from over 90 countries who learn and live together here.
