“Kultur in der Kartause” Kicks Off the New Season with Teddy Smith & Band

“Kultur in der Kartause ” kicks off its new season with a special concert evening: Freiburg-based singer-songwriter Teddy Smith and his band will bring soul, blues, and folk to the campus of UWC Robert Bosch College.
Teddy Smith captivates audiences with his exceptionally warm voice, authentic songs, and energetic live performances. Together with Julian Höferlin (drums) and Paul Broßmer (bass), the trio blends soulful melodies with powerful rhythms, creating an atmosphere that is both moving and electrifying. The multi-award-winning musician has already shared the stage as the opening act for Gregory Porter and is one of the defining voices of the Freiburg music scene.
Doors open at 7:30 p.m. Before the concert begins, our students will be offering short campus tours starting at 7:00 p.m. Refreshments and snacks will be provided.
All proceeds from the evening will go toward a scholarship for young people with refugee backgrounds at UWC Robert Bosch College. We look forward to an inspiring evening filled with music—all for a good cause.
